More recently planning consent was obtained to convert both buildings (plus an extra floor on Charlotte’s Court) to provide 13 x 1 bed, 6 x 2 bed (Planning Ref. 20/00020/COM and 19/01678/COM) and second floor extension providing 2 x 2 bed flats plus balconies (Planning Ref. 20/01401/FULL dated 17.02.20).

Charlotte’s Court provides circa 3,631 sq ft/337 sq m.
Prudence Place provides circa 6,441 sq ft/598 sq m.

Our clients have already commenced a ‘soft’ strip out of Prudence Place in readiness of potential residential conversion.
